THAT is the High School (9th-12th grade) program on Sunday evenings that covers Bible study, small groups, food and proves that you can have fun at church! THAT covers a 4 year course on the Bible and truths that relate to you everyday walk with God and how that should effect everyday decisions and how you love other people. Bring your Bible!

The schedule for the night looks like this:

5:30-6:00 PM – Snacks

6:00-8:00 PM – Study and fellowship

(Youth Emphasis Sunday School)

YESS is the Sunday morning Sunday School program for all students in 6th-12th grade.  YESS begins at 9:45 AM and meets in the Youth Center.  During YESS, we will take a deeper look at a book of the Bible.  Join us for a Sunday School class that isn’t the typical Sunday School class.  Oh, and don’t forget to bring your Bible!

You were not meant to do life on your own.  Throughout the year, the YM offers different opportunities for small groups.  These vary in topic, time and location, but if you are interested in getting into one of them, please let Matt know.  Contact him at mhartke@kokomofirstpres.org.

The confirmation class at First EPC has been a staple of the YM for many years.  This program is offered to all students in high school as a one time, 5 month course on the foundational principals of the Christian faith.  This is a very powerful program that all students are encouraged to go through before they graduate.  This course covers a total of 25 sessions with 2 retreats during the 5 month course.  Confirmation begins in January each year and ends in May.  For more information, please contact Matt at mhartke@kokomofirstpres.org.
