To register your child for Little School classes

1. Download and print both the front and back of the appropriate registration form. (see below for links to the forms)
2. Complete the correct form for your child’s age group – see the Placement is based on your child’s birthday section on the Classes and Tuition page). Please use ink when filling out the forms.
3. For each child you wish to enroll, please enclose the form and a $40.00 check made payable to Little School in an envelope. Mail to: First Presbyterian Little School, 2000 W. Jefferson Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46901.
