All Little School teachers:

• have a college degree or
• are CDA (Child Development Associate) certified

All Little School staff members:

• have undergone a background check
• are professing Christians and are active in their home churches
• receive bi-yearly CPR training
• attend yearly staff training and conferences, which include the First Presbyterian "Safe Child" instruction
